The Exhibition will be complimented by a unique "business lounge" setup which will encourage networking between peers from around the world. At the lounge, attendees will have the opportunity to meet in particular with industry representatives from Russia, as well as Northern Africa and China.
Certain parts of the day will be dedicated to these regions with the following division:
Wednesday 9 September 2009 - 11:00 hrs – 13:00 hrs – Northern-Africa (Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt)
Wednesday 9 September 2009 - 13:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs – China
Thursday 10 September 2009 - 11:00 hrs – 13:00 hrs – Russia
The Business Lounge will be available to launch a new product, expose an existing product or give a workshop in front of approximately 50 persons. |
Fee
The fee for a 40 minutes business presentation is € 950,- (excl. VAT). The fee includes:
- 40 minutes (incl. build up & dismantling) presentation time at the PotatoEurope 2009 exhibition floor (Business Suite)
- Min. 50 seats
- 1 chair table, max. 4 seats
- 1 speakers desk
- 1 laptop
- 1 beamer
- 1 screen
- Sound amplifier
